When an expert leaves, their judgment stays

For operations and quality leaders watching years of judgment head for the door. Capture decisions before the departure, then let a clone answer successors with its sources.

How it works

  1. Capture

The expert walks through a decision. Situation, reasoning and exception become a source in their name.

  2. Check

The expert corrects the answers. Teaching the clone doesn't change what it's allowed to do.

  3. Relay

Successors ask the clone. It cites, declines what's out of mandate, and points to the people responsible.

Try the mandate

Clone mandate

External sharing

Outside the mandate: always declined

When the answer stays inside the mandate, the twin catches up with the person.

The logic behind this demo
  1. A knowledge question: answered, and cited if the setting requires it.
  2. Anything leaving the organization: follows the sharing setting.
  3. A decision with an owner: handed to that person.
  4. Out of mandate: declined, whatever the settings.

This demo runs in your browser with made-up documents. No data is sent and no model is called.

"Wouldn't a knowledge base do?"

A knowledge base says what's written down. The clone also holds the reasoning and the exception, and declines what's outside its mandate. If all you need is to look things up, a knowledge base may well be enough.
