Before you hand anything over

Answers to the questions that matter. If yours is missing, the last block says how to reach us.

Getting started

How do I start?

Create a Free workspace, give your clone a role, add authorized sources and check its answers before widening its use.

Is the service open to the public?

Not yet: public launch is in preparation. The Get started page checks whether this service accepts sign-ups and tells you what comes next.

Do I need to install anything?

Not for working in the browser. The desktop app adds audio and screen capture and local providers; its signed installers are in preparation.

Data and security

Where does my data go?

The desktop app keeps its main data on your machine. A signed-in workspace exchanges certain data, described in the privacy notice, with our servers. Models, transcription, calendar, gateways and updates are separate flows, depending on your configuration.

Where are my API keys?

On the desktop, in the system keychain. Messaging gateways carry text only, never your keys.

Are you SOC 2 certified?

No. Readiness work is under way, with no audit report to date.

What the clone does

Can it run a machine?

No. It assists and passes on knowledge. It controls no equipment and doesn't replace sign-off on a sensitive procedure.

Can it answer third parties?

Not on the governed path for now: that takes level L2, and no clone is certified above L1 to date.

How does my application query it?

Through an OpenAI-compatible API: the model persona:<id> names the clone. MCP-compatible agents go through our MCP servers.

Billing

In what currency?

US dollars, in both languages. The amount is confirmed before payment.

Can I change plans?

Yes, from your workspace, and the Free plan stays available with no subscription. Clones over a plan's limit become read-only.
